The Warthog motor from Indy Specialty combines proven long rod reliability with turbo specific modifications to make the smoothest and longest running turbo motor possible.

Built to fit any 2019 - 2023 polaris 850 snowmobile.

This motor uses proven modifications including:

-Longer rods

-Updated PTO bearing with lock ring

-The best cylinder finish in the industry

-Turbo specific head and domes

-Turbo specific cylinder porting

-Turbo specific cylinder modifications

The results are a smoother running motor that makes the low RPM torque that will wake up your turbo sled. The added torque make turbo sleds easier to ride and handle at low speeds and in the trees.

This build does require that you send a core motor.

Core charge is $1500 if you would like to have a replacement motor before you send in a core

Core must be returned within 20 days of replacement motors arrival, if not returned within a timely manner core charge refund may be subject to partial or total deduction pending time taken to return

Our custom billet PTO crank end for the Patriot 850 crankshaft uses our proven triple-wide bearing set up with C4 press-fit bearings with lock ring. This eliminates the big OE roller bearing from moving in the crankcase and PTO crank end separation from the rod pin (both caused by the hammer effect of the clutch) which damages the case halves.

If you choose not to have this option, your motor will not have a warranty. If you choose a warranty option and not PTO end option you will be refunded for the cost of the warranty and your motor will have no warranty.

NOTE: all no waranty motors will have OE style aftermarket pistons, If you choose to have a 2 year warranty your motor will have OEM pistons along with upgraded PTO end.
