    A three year warranty on PTO breakage and rod pin breakage. (That is where 99.9% of Polaris 800 crank failures come from.)

     

    Main bearings and connecting rods are warrantied for one year, they are only as good as the owners summerizing program and chosen oil.

    If you are considering a cheaper rebuilt crank, ask them about their warranty, that will help you understand how confident they are about their product.

     

    Another bonus to becoming a torque master customer, these crankshafts are completely rebuildable and we only sell crank rebuild parts to our customers, so even long past the warranty your torque master crank can be repaired at a reasonable price.

    This can be sold on our exchange program, you must return us a re-buildable 800 crank and crankcase (crank can be broken in half).

     

    Crank core charge - $100.00 its ok if your crank is broke in two pieces.

    Crank case core charge - $400.00 case must be machinable, if bearings locked and trenched the case do not bother sending it. (Light twisting is ok).

    Total - $500.00 completely refunded when we receive your cores. If you would like to avoid the core charge send us your bottom end first.

     

    Please understand that the $500 core charge is above the $1395.00, and is refunded when we receive your rebuildable core.

    the reason for the lock ring bearing on the Polaris high torque 800 motor is at clutch engagement the moveable sheave is hitting the belt and causing a slide hammer effect on the PTO-end, if the case fit is not perfect the clutch is actually jerking on the PTO rod pin, with the lock ring bearing moved to the PTO-end of the case where it belongs there is no more damage done to the PTO-end or rod pin.
